What is Lavish Bath Box?

A cruelty-free and vegan friendly monthly subscription box for bath lovers who appreciate fresh fun beautiful artisan bath products delivered to their door.

What comes inside Lavish Bath Box?

Only the best bath products and accessories! All natural, all colorful, all fun. Bath bombs, bubble bars, salts, soaps, soaks, scrubs, and more, along with any accessories and tools needed for the perfect most lavish bath. 

What does "vegan friendly" mean?

While we are 100% Cruelty-Free (No Animal Testing!), what vegan "friendly" means to us is that we take great care in choosing the products we put in the box by doing our very best to make sure are no animal ingredients in the items we buy. However, we are not the "vegan police" by any means, and we know that there are many variations and debates when it comes down to how strict "reasonably avoiding animal suffering" can be. It is a very personal thing to so many - which is why we say we are vegan "friendly". If we include an item that for whatever reason goes against your personal belief systems, it certainly wasn't our intention to offend you and we encourage you not to use any items that you do not feel comfortable with.

Do you test the products?

Generally, yes. So keep an eye on our Instagram page as many of the products or brands pictured or demo-ed may end up in the box!

Why isn't _____ brand in your box?

Trust me, it's probably a brand I would LOVE to have in the box.. unfortunately some brands, very well known and loved brands, refuse to have any bulk resellers period. We tried, we promise. However, I do assure you that the brands featured in Lavish Bath Box are just as fantastic.

Why is your box so expensive? 

Our box is priced the way it is because we include all full or deluxe sized products in it. (No want wants to take a bath with a "sample".. am I right?). Because so many of our goodies are handmade in small batches by smaller artisans, the large wholesale discounts available with mass retailers does not always apply. We want you to feel like you are getting a haul each month with a good number of quality products included.

When am I billed?

Billing happens immediately upon purchasing your first subscription, then depending on the frequency that you have selected, re-billing occurs at the beginning of the month. 

Do I have to sign up again after my subscription runs out? 

No, you're subscription is automatically renewed at your selected frequency until you tell us otherwise. For example, if you chose a monthly subscription, it will renew each month. Likewise, a 6 month subscription will renew every 6 months

How do I skip a box ? 

After logging into your account and your information screen comes up, in the box on the left side that says “Your Subscriptions” click on "EDIT" down at the very bottom.  From there of you look to the right underneath the “Edit Your Subscription” heading there is a button that says “Skip Next Renewal”. This will allow you to skip a box without canceling. It will automatically run the renewal following the skip. 

Do you ship internationally? 

YES! We now ship our subscription boxes across the globe! (shop items not illegible unless otherwise specified) Please keep in mind that our prices are only shown in USD  even at checkout.

What are the international shipping rates?

Because our box weight varies month to month it is hard to calculate international  costs, so they are based on an average cost of between 2lb - 3lbs. Canada costs an additional $22.00, while all other countries ship for $34. These charges will automatically added at checkout when your billing information is added. We hate that it is so high and hope to find better deals soon.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We hope that you never want to, but if you wish to cancel your subscription follow these steps after logging in to your account. Click the " edit " button under your active subscriptions. Cancel the subscription, then click " change ". If you cancel before being billed, your cancellation will happen immediately.
If you cancel your subscription after you are billed for that month, you will still be charged and your cancellation will go into effect the future month.

What is your policy on refunds?

After boxes have been shipped, all sales are final and any subscription payments, shipping, and handling costs are non-refundable. If your order has yet to be shipped, refunds will be issued on a case by case basis. Contact us at [email protected] or use the chat button below to speak to us directly.
How do I change my billing frequency?
After logging into your account, click the " edit " button under your active subscriptions. Change the subscription terms to your liking, and make sure to click" change" to save your preferences. Your changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

How do I submit a product for your box?
